REFER A FRIEND REWARDS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Refer a Friend Rewards offer starts on 01.07.23 and ends 4pm AEDT 31.12.23 (Referral Period).

The Refer a Friend Rewards offer is open to homeowners or unconditional contract holders (Referrer) within Serenitas Communities, including Thyme Lifestyle Resorts, The Anchorage Lifestyle Resort and Lucas Lifestyle Estate (Participating Lifestyle Resort).

To refer a person to a Participating Lifestyle Resort, the Referrer must fully complete this form (Form) and provide it to the Participating Lifestyle Resort’s sales consultant before any enquiry into a Participating Lifestyle Resort or purchasing of a home in a Participating Lifestyle Resort is made by a new person you are referring (Referred).

To qualify for a Refer a Friend Rewards:

i) A sales consultant from a Participating Lifestyle Resort must confirm within the Referral Period the Referred is not already on the Participating Lifestyle Resort database. The Form will be signed by the sales consultant as confirmation.

ii) Settlement of a New Home Build, Display Home or Established Home is completed for the Referred within the Referral Period. Unconditional contract holders will be rewarded once the final home settlements have been completed and the new person (Referred) has also settled on their property.

iii) The Participating Lifestyle Resort is the representative agent of the home purchased.

The Refer A Friend Rewards:

a) New Home Build & Display Home purchases: If the Referrer qualifies for Refer a Friend Rewards, the reward is $1,000 for the referrer via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a nominated bank account, respective social club will receive $500 and a charity nominated by the referrer from the Serenitas selected charities will receive $500. The Serenitas selected charities include Beyond Blue, Melanoma Institute Australia and Surf Life Saving Foundation. Total Reward value is up to $2,000.

b) Established Home purchases: if the Referrer qualifies for a Refer a Friend Reward, the reward is $500 for the Referrer via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a nominated bank account and $500 for the respective social club. Total Reward value is up to $1,000.

Homeowners can refer numerous potential buyers to the Participating Lifestyle Resort and will be rewarded for those who successfully settle in full on a home.

Serenitas reserves the right to alter, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.

Serenitas reserves the right to substitute the Reward with another Reward of similar value if an original Reward is no longer available.
